After years of fighting between Perugia and Gubbio, we learn from the statute of the year 1279 in the book n° 223, that Perugia carried out a survey of the 27 new families purchased together with the castle from Guido Montaldo Suppolino and the rights (provided by iur rights) was also mentioned on the 16 families in common with the church of Casa Castalda.
