In Gubbio’s historical records many interesting memories of the Reali-Suppolini family can be found, such as the testament of Montaldo Suppolino of 1278.
The historical reporter Picotti, referring to this family, wrote:
The Suppolini were nobles in Gubbio, famous ones and they owned many castles, one of them was Casa Castalda.
